I just turned 50 years old. I decided to try the best dietitian in the city, surfed Google and found a unique concept DNA based diet because I eat very healthily, but still, struggle with my weight. I was hoping to get some insight as to which foods would be best for me from a nutritional standpoint. Some of the foods in my report were expected and others were counterintuitive in my mind, for example, I’ve been using olive oil for years because it is supposed to be a “healthier” oil. Turns out, it is not on my list. I have enjoyed exploring new recipes featuring the foods on my list. Then got knowledge Healthier for someone is not meant healthier for me.
